Adding & Deleting Users
- As an Administrator, you will have the ability to add and delete Users from your SafetyLine account
- Deleting Users that no longer use the service frees up licenses for you to use for other Users
How do I do this?
- Adding a User can be done by selecting the "Company" tab and then the "Settings" sub tab and finally "Add User
- Deleting a User can be done by selecting the particular User in question and clicking the "Settings" sub tab then pressing "Delete User"
Adding & Deleting Groups
- Administrators can create Groups that help divide up Workers and Monitors
- They also can delete Groups that are no longer needed in their SafetyLine account
- Finally, Administrators can move Users to different Groups if work situations change
How do I do this?
- Adding a Group is done in the "Company" tab and the "Add Group" button is found under "Settings"
- Deleting a Group is done by navigating to the Group in question and selecting "Settings" -> "Delete Group"
- Lastly to change a Users Group you simply click the User you wish to move and click "Settings" -> "Change group"
Creating Company Reports
- Administrators can create additional reports the provide more information
- These reports include System History, User Summary, and User Compliance
- These additional reports will supply you with information like the last time a User used the system, if a phone number was a removed, and an entire summary of each User in your company
How do I do this?
- To access these reports simply navigate to your "Company" tab and select "Reports"
Adding & Editing Monitor Actions and Notifications
- As an Administrator, you can add Monitor Actions that will be followed in the case of an Emergency
- You can set the order in which they are followed by selecting a number during time of entry
- Administrators can also assign a Monitor at the Company level who can respond to anyone's Emergency
How do I do this?
- Adding Monitor actions starts by going to your "Company" tab then selecting "Settings" and finally clicking "Add monitor action"
- Monitor Notifications can also be found in this area and accessed by clicking "Add monitor notifications"
- You will also find options to edit both as well below the options to add them
