Does the login in page look different to you?
On September 25th 2018, SafetyLine underwent an upgrade to our login services. With this upgrade came the ability to configure your Email Login to more easily access the SafetyLine Web App. You might be wondering, I have the option to use two logins, which one should I be using? Please see below for details on which login you should be using.
Was your account created before September 25th, 2018?
Was your account created before September 25th, 2018? If so you will still access SafetyLine with your Classic Login (CID + User ID +Password). If an Email Login sounds like something you could use please speak with your SafetyLine Company Administrator or contact SafetyLine support to get it implemented.
Was your account created after September 25th, 2018?
If your account was instead created after September 25th, 2018 you will have been provided with the option to activate Email Login. Keep in mind this Email Login it will only apply to the SafetyLine Web App. You can still use your Classic Login (CID + User ID + Password) to access the SafetyLine Mobile App and our SafetyLine Voice App. It's important to remember as a new User that you will need to complete your email verification.
