SafetyLine Users can be assigned different privileges based on access they need within the Company account.
The following screen can be reached upon creating a new User, or navigating to an existing User's privilege settings. Please note that only Company Administrators can adjust user privilege levels.
Privileges are separated into Administrator and Monitor privileges.
Administrators are granted the ability to edit User information.
- Company Administrators have full access to the Company within SafetyLine. They can view, edit, move, add, and remove all Users within the Company.
- Group Administrators can view and edit the information of any User within their own Group. Group Administrators cannot add or remove Users.
Monitors are granted the ability to be added as Monitors to Groups, and receive Monitor Notifications.
- Company Monitors can be added as a Monitor to any and all Groups within the Company.
- Group Monitors can only be added as a Monitor to their own Group.
⚠️Please note that downgrading a current Monitor's privileges will automatically remove them from assigned Monitor Notifications that are above their lowered privilege level.
If a User requires neither Administrator or Monitor privileges, both options can be set to "None."
To edit an existing User's privileges, begin by selecting the User that you wish to change the privilege level of, and navigating to "Settings."
Then, select "Change privileges."
