SafetyLine uses GPS to add additional information to your History which allows your Monitors more information in the case of an Emergency.
iPhone
Within your iPhone's "Settings," app, scroll down to the bottom of your page and select the SafetyLine App. Select "Location" and switch this to "Always", the GPS has now been enabled for SafetyLine. Additionally, toggle on the "Precise Location" function.
Android
Within your Android "Settings" scroll down to "App" and search for "SafetyLine". Click on "Location" and switch this to "Allow all the time", the GPS has now been enabled for SafetyLine.
Windows App
At the bottom of your screen on your Desktop search for "Location" and click on "Location privacy settings". Within here make sure you have turned off "Allow apps to access your location" and that the toggle for SafetyLine has been switched to on. GPS has now been enabled for the Windows App.
