We are always working on updates to improve your experience, which means making sure your SafetyLine applications are up-to-date is an important part of keeping you safe. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to download the latest version of your SafetyLine app.
To download the SafetyLine app, please follow the appropriate link for your platform.

iPhone and iPad
(Requires iOS 14 or above)
- Open the App Store.
- At the top of your screen, tap your profile icon.
- Scroll down until you find "SafetyLine" in the list of your installed apps. If an update is available, tap "Update".
Another method:
- Open the App Store.
- Tap "Search".
- Enter "SafetyLine" into the search bar and navigate to the SafetyLine app page.
- If an update is available, tap "Update".

Android
(Requires Android 8 or above)
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- At the top right of your screen, tap your profile icon.
- Tap "Manage apps and device".
- Tap "Updates available". If you see SafetyLine on this list, tap "Update".
Another method:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Enter "SafetyLine" into the search bar and navigate to the SafetyLine app page.
- If an update is available, tap "Update".

Windows
(Requires Windows 10 or above)
- Open the Microsoft Store App.
- At the top right of your screen, click the three dots to open a drop-down menu. Click "Downloads and updates".
- Click the "Get updates" button.
To turn on Automatic Updates for Windows apps, please refer to the Microsoft guide.
Mac
(Requires macOS 14 Sonoma or above, and an Apple Silicon processor (e.g. A17 Pro))
- On your Mac, choose the Apple menu to the right of the App Store in the menu. The number of updates appears to the right of the right of the App Store in the menu.
- To get your updates, choose "App Store"
- After the App Store opens, locate "SafetyLine" and click "Update".
