The SafetyLine Web App can be accessed at any time by logging into https://slmonitor.com via your browser.
History
The History tab displays the user's entire Event History within SafetyLine.
To display GPS coordinates, select "Report GPS" from the Event Type dropdown menu as pictured below. Then, select "Search" to refresh the page.
Commands
The Commands tab allows the user to use SafetyLine Commands via the SafetyLine Web App.
- Check-in: Starts or continues monitoring with the default check-in interval.
- End Monitoring: Ends monitoring for the user.
- Emergency: Triggers a panic emergency for the user.

Custom Check-in: Starts or continues monitoring with a custom check-in interval.
- Please note that the check-in interval cannot be lower than the enforced interval set at the Group level.
- Report Data: Allows user to enter a plain text message.
Protocol
The Protocol tab allows a review of the user's individual SafetyLine protocols.
- Check-in Interval: The maximum amount of time that can elapse before the User's check-in is due.
- User Notifications: The User's phone number(s) and email address(es) that receive automatic notifications from SafetyLine.
- Monitor Notifications: The Monitors that are notified when the User triggers an emergency.
- Monitor Actions: The actions Monitors take upon acknowledging an emergency.
Profile
The Profile tab allows a review of the user's profile details.
- User Information: General user profile information. Some fields can be adjusted in Settings.
- Account Login: The login method assigned to the User, either Email (E-mail Login) or Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Login).
- Voice App Login: The User's credentials for the SafetyLine Voice App.
Phonebook
The Phonebook tab shows contacts added to the Users Phonebook (via Settings), typically used for emergency contacts. These contacts are not notified by SafetyLine.
Phonebook entries can be adjusted in Settings.
Itinerary
The Itinerary tab shows itineraries uploaded or entered by the user.
- Itinerary File: A field within which an itinerary file can be uploaded and downloaded. For more information on uploading an itinerary, please visit our Help Desk page.
- User Itinerary: A text field into which an itinerary can be typed in and saved.
Reports
The Reports tab allows the user to generate various reports.
- User History Report: A report displaying all Events for the user within the time frame specified.
Settings
The Settings tab allows access to several user settings.
User Information
- Change name, address, phone numbers, vehicle details, or comments: General user profile information.
- Change itinerary: Links directly to the User Itinerary page, a text field into which an itinerary can be typed in and saved.
User Account

Change user ID: Change the User ID for the SafetyLine Voice App.
- If Employee Numbers aren't used, we typically suggest using the last 4-5 digits of the User's phone number.

Change passcode: Change the User's passcode for the SafetyLine Voice App.
- This passcode is also used for Monitors to acknowledge emergencies when receiving a phone notification.

Change user email login: Change the email address bound to the User's account.
- This functionality is only available to Administrators.
- Please note that email addresses can only be bound to one SafetyLine user profile at a time.
- This option does not appear if the Company uses Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Login).

Change privileges: Adjust the SafetyLine privilege levels of the User.
- This functionality is only available to Administrators.

Change group: Adjust the Group the User belongs to.
- This functionality is only available to Administrators.
- Change language: Change User language between English, French, and Spanish.

Resend welcome email: Resends the SafetyLine Welcome Email to the User.
- This functionality is only available to Administrators.
- Please note that resending a Welcome Email resets the user's Passcode.
Check-In Interval

Default check-in interval: Adjusts the check-in interval for the user.
- Please note that the check-in interval cannot be lower than the enforced interval set at the Group level.
Automatic Notifications
- Add / Edit phone notification: Adjusts phone numbers belonging to the User that receive automatic notifications from SafetyLine. More than one can be entered.
- Add / Edit email notification: Adjusts email addresses belonging to the User that receive automatic notifications from SafetyLine. More than one can be entered.
Monitor Actions

Edit monitor actions: Adjusts the Monitor Actions assigned to the user.
- This functionality is only available to Administrators.
Phonebook
- Add personal phonebook entry: Manually enter a new phonebook entry for the User.
- Add shared phonebook entry: Enter a pre-existing phonebook entry from the Group or Compnay level.
- Edit phonebook: Adjust all phonebook entries for the User.
Satellite Device

Change satellite device: Adjust the satellite device number associated with the User (ESN / IMEI).
- This functionality is only available to Administrators.
- Please note that ESN / IMEI numbers can only be associated with one SafetyLine user profile at a time.
Delete User

Delete user: Deletes the User from SafetyLine.
- This functionality is only available to Administrators.
- Please note that this process is permanent and irreversible. For archival and auditing purposes, we recommend downloading a User History report prior to deletion.
