The SafetyLine Web App can be accessed at any time by logging into https://slmonitor.com via your browser.
Summary
The Summary tab displays an overview of information pertaining to the Group.
- Group Information: Name of the Group, and any comments associated with said group. These can be adjusted in Settings.
- Maximum Check-In Interval: The maximum amount of time that can elapse before the Group's User's check-in is due.
- Automatic Notifications: The Monitors that will be notified when a User within the Group enters an emergency. These can be adjusted in Settings.
History
The History tab displays the Event History of every User within the group.
To display GPS coordinates, select "Report GPS" from the Event Type dropdown menu as pictured below. Then, select "Search" to refresh the page.
Users
The Users tab shows a searchable listing of all users within the Group, with results that can be filtered.
To change a user's group, navigate to the individual user profile, and locate the "Change user" option under their Settings. Please note that you will need to be an Administrator to perform this action.
Phonebook
The Phonebook tab shows shared contacts across all users within the Group, typically used for company emergency contacts. These contacts are not notified by SafetyLine.
Phonebook entries can be adjusted in Settings.
Reports
The Reports tab allows the user to generate various reports.
- User History Report: A report displaying all Events for the user within the time frame specified.
Settings
The Settings tab allows access to several Group settings.
This functionality is only available to Administrators.
Group Information
- Change name or comments: Adjust general Group profile information.
Maximum Check-in Interval
- Change maximum check-in interval: Adjusts the enforced check-in interval for all users within the Group.
Automatic Notifications
Add / Edit monitor notifications: Adjusts Monitors assigned to the Group.

Delay: The amount of time that elapses before the Monitor is notified.
- Please note that this delay excludes the User's default 10-minute grace period. For more information, please visit our Help Desk article for Emergencies.

Condition: The condition under which the Monitor is notified.
- Checked: The Monitor is always notified.
- Unchecked: The Monitor is only notified when they themselves are checked into SafetyLine.

Monitor: The profile of the Monitor being added / edited.
- If the name you're looking for does not appear in the drop-down menu, you may need to adjust the SafetyLine privilege levels of the user first in order to give them Monitor access.
Phonebook
- Add shared phonebook entry: Add a phonebook entry that is accessible to all users within the Group.
- Edit phonebook: Adjust all phonebook entries for the Group.
Delete Group

Delete user: Deletes the User from SafetyLine.
- This functionality is only available to Administrators.
- Please note that this process is permanent and irreversible. For archival and auditing purposes, we recommend downloading a User History report prior to deletion.
