To help us best troubleshoot reported issues found within the SafetyLine app, we will sometimes request what "Version" of SafetyLine a user is on. Here's a quick and easy guide to finding your SafetyLine Version.
- Login to the SafetyLine app on your device.
- At the top right of the SafetyLine main screen, click the three dots to open a drop-down menu.
- Tap/click "About".
The "About" page will show you the current SafetyLine Version number, which is a short string of digits and periods. Please record this number and relay it to us for further troubleshooting.
