There are different ways to log in to SafetyLine. Depending on how your organization has been configured, you will either use Email or Microsoft Login for the Mobile App and Web App. You will use PIN Login for the Voice App. You can read more about the differences below to help you get started.
Email Login
By default, this is the login you will use to access SafetyLine in the Web and Mobile Apps. The email address used to log in will be the one that was initially used to create your account. If this is your first time signing into your account, please click the link provided in your Welcome Email to set your password. If you wish to use the Voice App, please refer to the PIN Login section below.
Microsoft Login
This login method allows you to use the same account that you use for other programs within your organization. If this login method is available to you, you will have likely received an email from someone within your organization. After receiving this email, simply click the "Continue with Microsoft" option and use your company-provided account to sign into SafetyLine. If you have difficulties signing in with this method, please reach out to your company's IT department.
PIN Login (Company ID, User ID, Passcode)
This login method is for the Voice App. If you have forgotten your passcode, you can reset it in the SafetyLine Web App or reach out to SafetyLine Support for help.
