SafetyLine can be integrated with your SPOT X device, allowing you to remain safe and monitored even when outside of cell range.
- Ensure you are on the SPOT Mapping Enterprise Plan. If not, you will need to upgrade your plan with SPOT before proceeding.
-
After the SPOT Mapping Enterprise Plan is active, please email support@safetylineloneworker.com with your ESN number and a request to enable the SPOT API on your account. Support will then notify you of completion within 1 - 2 business days.
-

spotapi@safetylineloneworker.com
. This contact will be the one receiving your preset messages from Step 5, which will trigger various SafetyLine commands. -
Plug in your device and connect to your SPOT sync software to update your device with all new changes made.
- Add your ESN number to the "Satellite Device" section of your SafetyLine profile.
