Before disabling location services for SafetyLine make sure to ask your Company Administrator or reference your Working Alone Policy. SafetyLine uses GPS to add additional information to your History which allows your Monitors more information in the case of an Emergency. In some situations you may not want your location to be shared, please reference the following sections for how to turn GPS both ON/OFF on your device.
iPhone
Within your iPhone "Settings," scroll down to the bottom of your page and select the SafetyLine App. Select "Location" and switch this to "Never", the GPS has now been disabled for SafetyLine.
Android
Within your Android "Settings" scroll down to "App" and search for "SafetyLine". Click on "Location" and switch this to "Deny/Off", the GPS has now been disabled for SafetyLine.
Windows App
At the bottom of your screen on your Desktop search for "Location" and click on "Location privacy settings". Within here make sure you have turned off "Allow apps to access your location" and that the toggle for SafetyLine has been switched to off. GPS has now been disabled for the Windows App.
