⚠️ Please note that the following functionality is only available to Administrators.
This guide covers assigning multiple Groups to a single Group Monitor. For more general information about adjusting Monitor notifications, please click here.
Overview
Before we continue, here's a quick refresher on terms seen throughout this page.
-
Company Monitors can be added as a Monitor to any and all Groups within the Company.
- Group Monitors can be added as a Monitor to their own Group.
-
Group Administrators can view and edit the information of any User within their own Group. Group Administrators cannot add or remove Users.
A Group Monitor can be added to multiple Groups at once, without having to provide them Company Monitor access. This comes in handy for Monitors that need to oversee multiple Groups, without accessing additional information or users they shouldn't see.
Assigning Multiple Groups
Begin by selecting the User that you wish to change the privilege level of, and navigating to "Settings."
Then, select "Change privileges."
To adjust a Group Monitor's Assigned Group, select "Add Group Privileges."
From here, you can assign a new Group to the Monitor, and whether that Monitor should have Group Administrator and/or Group Monitor privileges within that group.
These steps can be repeated for every Group the Monitor needs to be assigned to.
