Monitor Actions reflect the steps that a Monitor will follow if a Worker enters Emergency status.
Monitor Actions are created at the Company level. At the user level, only existing Monitor Actions can be assigned.
Monitor Actions can only be viewed/adjusted via the SafetyLine web app (https://slmonitor.com).
Adding/Editing Monitor Actions
By creating Monitor Actions that apply to specific situations, multiple emergency response procedures can be established, depending on the type of Worker they are assigned to. For most scenarios, we recommend customizing an emergency response that works for each group in your organization.
To add or edit Monitor Actions, select the Company Settings, and then choose the appropriate option:
When adding a new Monitor Action, a priority number for ordering is required, as well as the instructions for that Action.
The Instructions field supports markdown for text formatting (e.g. making text bold, adding links, etc.) For further details on using markdown for Monitor Actions, please click here to visit our markdown guide.
Once complete, click 'Add' to create:
When one or more Monitor Actions have been added, you'll be able to view them from the Edit Monitor Actions screen, where any further adjustments can be made:
