Well, your Check-in timer may be set at the Group level, SafetyLine also gives you the option to set a lower Check-in timer if you feel it may be necessary. For example, if the Group you're in has a set Check-in timer of four hours you will be able to set a Custom Check-in timer for anywhere below that. If you feel the activity you're doing is more suited for a two-hour Check-in you can instead do a Custom Check-in for that amount of time. Custom Check-in on the SafetyLine Web App
• Simply click on your "My Commands" tab and select "Custom Check-in". Here you can select any time that is under the configured Check-in timer of your Group
Custom Check-in on the SafetyLine Mobile App
• Setting a Custom Check-in is just as easy on the SafetyLine Mobile App. Simply tab the three lines/dots in the corner of your screen and select "Settings". Once here choose "Custom Check-in" from the list and set your timer for anything lower then what is set at your Group Level
Custom Check-in on the SafetyLine Voice App
• Start by dialling our Voice App number (1-866-913-337), once you have connected enter your SafetyLine credentials. Once this is done you can now press "4" to the enter the Custom Check-in menu and set a time so long that it is lower than your Group interval timer.
