When starting a trial with SafetyLine your account manager will provide you with a user accounts form. This form is used to preload your initial users that you wish to try SafetyLine into the system. Below are the various pieces of information and additional details you will need to get started.
Please include the following information:
- Name of user
- Email address
- Cellphone number
- Privilege number (Worker, Monitor, Administrator)
- Group Name
- Maximum Check-in Interval (1HR, 2HR, etc)
- Monitor Escalation (Who is called in the event of a missed check-in or emergency), these can be different times for different users.
By default your account manager will make your User ID the last 4 digits of your phone number and assign a random passcode. Once the form is returned your users will be added and sent a Welcome Email with their information and how to get started.
