A solutions consultant and our IT team will make the necessary changes in our system to ensure the changes are reflected on your next invoice. Please note that the billing changes will take effect on the 1st of the following month, and updated on your next invoice.
To cancel an account, please contact your Solutions Consultant. Please note that there is a 30-day cancellation policy. Therefore, your final invoice will be provided at the start of the next month and your service will be terminated at the end of that month unless agreed otherwise.
