Remember that throughout the day you need to check-in to SafetyLine within regular time intervals to report that you are OK. Failing to do so will notify monitors that you are in a potential Unconfirmed Emergency situation.

2) Enter company ID _ _ _ _ and press #,
3) Enter Employee ID _ _ _ _ and press #,

5) You will be welcomed and prompted with several options:
Choose this option if you are in a Panic Emergency situation, to signal for help.
2) Report OK
Choose this option to report “OK.” You will do this at regular intervals throughout your day. Your default is to check-in and report OK within 4 hrs of your previous check-in, however you may do so more often if you like.
After choosing the "Report OK" option, leave a voice message and press the # sign before hanging up.
4) Set Next Report Time (eg. High-risk entry)
If you are in a ‘high risk’ situation (eg. entering a new area), you may press 4. This will allow you to change your next report-due time. For a High-Risk entry, enter 15 minutes (or less).
If you do not check in as OK within this time (see above), the system will immediately start an emergency notification process. Once you have finished with the high-risk entry. Report OK and your checkin time interval will reset to default.
** You may also use the ‘Set Next’ command if you would like to set your report interval to any time lower than the default (4hrs).
5) End System Monitoring
Choose this option to log out of the system at the end of your shift. Doing so will mean that you are safe and are no longer monitored. Failing to log out will cause the system to time-out and declare you in an emergency state.
After choosing the "End System Monitoring" option, leave a voice message and press the # sign before hanging up.
