Stay Safe Anywhere: SafetyLine’s Itinerary Feature Has Got You Covered
Dear SafetyLine Users,
We’re excited to remind you about a helpful feature within SafetyLine: the ability to upload and manage itineraries!
For individuals or organizations with policies requiring itinerary submissions, this feature simplifies the process while enhancing safety measures. Whether you need to file meeting schedules, hotel reservations, or travel routes, SafetyLine makes it easy to organize and share critical details.
You can choose between the user itinerary text entry and file uploads for your needs:
- User Itinerary text entry: Ideal for basic itinerary needs, such as a simple daily schedule or an outline of your plans.
- File Uploads: Perfect for more complex needs, as the feature supports uploading one or more files. For example:
- If you work in water sampling, you could use the text entry to outline your day (e.g., locations and time slots), and then upload additional supporting files with detailed information about each facility you will be visiting.
- For frequent travelers, you could upload maps, hotel confirmations, or travel routes alongside your daily outline.
- Teams can share group schedules or attach additional resources to ensure alignment.
Having your itinerary on file allows your monitors to access it in case of emergencies. This is particularly useful for those seeking an added layer of security. Please note that uploading an itinerary doesn’t replace regular check-ins or leaving comprehensive messages about your location. Instead, it serves as an additional tool to support you and provide greater peace of mind.
How to Upload Your Itinerary
1. Log in to slmonitor.com.
2. Click the “Itinerary” tab.
3. Choose one of the following options:
- • Text Entry: Go to “User Itinerary” > Edit, write out your schedule, and click Save.
- File Upload: Select “Itinerary File” to upload one or more detailed documents.

For those wanting extra security, these options give you the flexibility to plan ahead and ensure vital information is accessible in emergency situations.
We’re here to ensure your safety is supported in every way possible. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.
Stay safe,
The SafetyLine Team
