My invoice doesn't add up right

    Hi William,  

    If you have any issue with your invoice, you can always contact billing directly at accounting@tsunamisolutionsltd.com.  

    When you add or remove licenses and change your total license count, those changes will be reflected on your next invoice. The invoice will not change unless you request a change from support@safetyline.ca.  

    If it is the user count that needs adjusting dramatically, you may want to talk to your account manager or Solutions Specialist to see what options are available to you. Updating your licenses count can ensure that you aren't paying for unnecessary licenses or that you have enough as you grow or seasons change.   Sometimes it's worth keeping the licenses active even when not in use as the number of licenses you have can be used for new hires by simply adjusting the user as an administrator.
