I have been trying to call in using my sat phone but it doesn't seem to be connecting?  what number should I call?

  Hi Donald, the best number to call is our local number 604-662-4425. Satellite phones are not equipped to be able to call 1800 numbers, so that's probably why it wasn't working for you. Hope that helps!
