check in time

I am trying to change my check-in time from 2 hours to 4 hours but it wont let me. Is this is a permissions thing?

  Hello Melissa,

   

  The reason you cant move your Check-in time to 4 hours is because its set at the Group level.  You can set it for any time before 2 hours, if you require a Check-in that is higher then the one set at your Group level contact your Group/Company Administrator!
