SafetyLine’s automated phone system (IVR) contains support for speed dials that make checking in faster and easier. On smartphones, these speed dials can be stored in your contacts. Please follow these directions to ensure your speed dials work with current and future versions of the IVR.
Format SafetyLine speed dials in the following manner:
1-866-913-3337-(PAUSES)-(COMPANY ID)-#-(PAUSES)-(USER ID)-#-(PAUSES)-(PASSCODE)-#-(ACTION)
As when you call SafetyLine normally, you’ll need to enter your Company ID, User ID, and Passcode, following each with the # sign. Between each entry, you’ll need to enter multiple pauses, as indicated above. The number of pauses will vary by device and may require some experimentation.
Following the entry of your SafetyLine login, you can also enter an action (Check-in, Emergency, End Monitoring). Examples of these messages are contained below:
Check-in OK: 1-866-913-3337-(PAUSES)-(Company ID)-#-(PAUSES)-(User ID)-#-(PAUSES)-(PASSCODE)-#-(PAUSES)-2
