Understanding Monitor Actions
Monitor Actions reflect the steps that a Monitor will follow in the event that a Worker enters Emergency status. Monitor Actions are created at the company level, and at the user level you can simply assign the available Monitor Actions to the individual.
Adding/Editing Monitor Actions
Monitor Actions can be created and edited at the Company Level, and they're then assigned at the User level. By creating Monitor Actions that apply to specific situations, you could potentially have multiple emergency response procedures that depend on the type of Worker, and then assign individual actions based on those procedures. For most scenarios, we recommend having a single emergency response that works for everyone in your organization.

Here you'll see a list of the Actions that you've created, and you can select whether to keep an action unassigned, or to assign it to see it added to the list of actions provided to Monitors during an emergency.
